1. Payment & Refund Policy
Once your payment has been confirmed and your order is verified in stock, all sales are final. We are unable to process refunds or cancellations after this point.
The only exception is if we are unable to fulfill your order because the product is out of stock. In that case, a full refund will be issued promptly.
2. Quality Assurance
Every product undergoes a thorough quality check before it is shipped. We inspect each item to make sure it meets our standards and reaches you in proper condition. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
3. Delivery Insurance
Every shipment is covered by delivery insurance. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, contact us right away. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Manufacturer Warranty
We only sell original, genuine products sourced directly from authorized manufacturers. If your item develops a defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty, we will assist you with the warranty claim process. Please keep your proof of purchase and contact us with the details of the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the order has been processed.
- Incorrect size, color, or variant selection by the customer.
- Any reason that is not caused by an error on our part.
