Emergency First Response

Whether you need a refresher or have never had any first aid and rescue training, whether you need it for your next PADI dive course or just want to learn a new skill; we can offer you the Emergency First Response (EFR) course at our dive centers.

The following EFR courses are based on internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency care.

Primary Care (CPR) – This covers the steps and techniques for handling life-threatening emergencies.

Serious bleeding management

Illness Assessment

Care for Children – to learn, practice and apply emergency care skills specific to helping infants and children with medical emergencies.

EFR Refresher – It’s a good idea to refresh your CPR and first aid skills every 24 months.
